High-performance fill for water cooling towers manufactured by AMG.
High-performance PP (Polypropylene) fill
Material: Polypropylene (PP), with high chemical and mechanical resistance.
Operating temperature: up to 85°C (traditional PVC is limited to ~55–60°C).
Chemical resistance: withstands chlorine, ozone, biocides, acids, and bases well at typical water treatment concentrations.
Durability: Longer service life than PVC in harsh industrial environments.
Cross-fluted: creates turbulence in the flow of water and air, maximizing heat transfer.
Vertical-fluted: facilitates drainage, reduces the risk of clogging, while still maintaining good efficiency.
Advantages of PP over PVC
Withstands higher temperatures, allowing use in hot industrial processes.
More rigid and resistant to deformation. Longer service life, especially in systems with more aggressive water treatments.
Best option for new high-performance towers or retrofits in critical systems.
