Modularity

Our cooling towers are designed in modules, aiming at sharing elements, which makes them more economical in several aspects: initial cost, cost of spare parts and cost in case of expansion (both in parts and labor). In addition, modularity means that if any of the drives fail, the tower does not stop completely, allowing its operation to continue.

Axial propeller

Our propeller is perfectly sized to work in conjunction with the engine, providing adequate air flow in this model. In addition, its aluminum core has anti-corrosive treatment and stainless steel screws, which protect this essential item from the elements.

Drop eliminator

It has a drop eliminator, ideal for keeping the maximum amount of water inside the system, providing low loss. Made of polypropylene, it is highly resistant to adverse conditions.

Contact filling

It has the most robust contact filling on the market, suitable for the application, contributing to the maximum possible performance of the equipment. Like the drop eliminator, it is also made of polypropylene, which is very resistant, even when maintenance cleaning is required.

High-efficiency WEG motor

The cooling tower is equipped with a motor from a pioneering brand and leader in motor supply in Brazil and with high international recognition. It has long-lasting and durable operation.

Robust anti-splash gutters

Our tower was designed with internal and external gutters with the appropriate design and size so that the tower works with its surroundings always dry.

Water sprinkler nozzles

We use sprinkler nozzles made of polypropylene that provide adequate distribution and are easy to maintain.
